Hate to get all anoracky but this is actually a sketch called Aversion Therapy from the 1968 series Goodbye Again. There is another (equally brilliant) sketch called The Psychiatrist from Not Only But Also in 1966.

Hilarious, brilliant, and just another day at the office for these guys. They turned out gem after gem whether it was comedy, Dudley with his music, D+C, or films.Sheer brilliance and sadly missed, especially with today's dearth of any real talent whatsoever.Great post, thanks.
