go to health store, buy bottle of CAL / MAG. it has proper balance of each mineral for supplementation.Protein blocks calcium absorption, dont be stupid and think that you get all the calcium you need from the cow hormone/antibiotic mess called "milk". that "milk" has protein that blocks calcium absorption. If the foods you ate had all the things you needed, there would be no disease in this world. They call it the FDA, there is a reason they put FOOD next to DRUG in the title of that agency

@georgeeby Is it not that calcium works THROUGH magnesium? When you stuff yourself with calcium it has no way to work unless magnesium is present too. They work together, hence needing a balance! (: |
