this is great herb.we use it as cooking ingredent and for injuries which kids get alot.some of U asking for smoking it.yes you can. you can mix it with wine or bear and you ca do anything you want with it. Nooobs. use it in cooking or intake it with boiled milk at the day end.no need for pills or organic root.use the available turmeric cooking powder available in market.REMEMBER:- Excess for every thing is bad.

It is a great anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and yes, it can be mixed with tobacco and smoked. But the benefits come with eating it (or pill form).
