Emotions that we don't know how to handle effectively lie at the core of so many difficulties in the life of the individual. They play a profound role in how we feel about ourselves, and can even affect our physical health. Expressing our emotions can often hurt others, but by repressing them -- even in the benevolent guise of "self-control" -- we risk hurting ourselves. Osho offers a third alternative, which is to understand the roots of our emotions and to develop the knack of watching them and learning from them. Osho's unique insights into emotions, the workings of the mind, and the "being" of the individual go far beyond the understandings of conventional psychology. he is a preacher. people liked him because of his preachings. People have no rights to ask if he followed those. And one more thing many of the westerners loved him because his school of thought was mainly based on materialistic things. According to me there is no use of being materialistic. It has got many problems. So the better way of living is "ACT ACCORDINGLY." DONT EVER THINK ABOUT ANYTHING I F SOMETHING COMESJUST ACT ACCORDINGLY.
